Requirements for yeast & bacterial, fungal, mammalian cell cultures bioreactor systems, Stainless steel 304, 316L and product contact surfaces are polished mechanically first and then electropolished(15-20 RA).

• AC motor top structure is simple and transmission speeds up to 10~300RPM speed is possible.
• Stable temperature, pressure, air flow, stirrer speed, pH, dissolved oxygen(pO2), foam on/off, level on/off, cell density suppression everything possible to automatically control and input/output is possible.
• Process piping and diaphragm valves auto orbital welded.
• All data printers and other systems to easily connect to a computer store and time management are available.
• Optional GMP documentation & support 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Optional CIP, SIP systems.
